Return Policy

We take pride in offering high-quality products that meet strict production standards. All of our products are fresh and top-tier, and we expect them to perform as advertised. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly provide a full refund, provided the items are returned unopened, in new condition.

Please note that return shipping costs for unwanted or unused items are the responsibility of the customer. Returns made after 30 days may be refused or denied.

For returns totaling $75 or more, a 20% restocking fee will be charged. However, this fee may be waived if you opt for an exchange instead. Please keep in mind that any shipping fees paid are non-refundable. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@lighttheworldhub.com within 30 days of receiving your order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unfortunately, we cannot accept claims for damage during transit more than 5 days after delivery or if the original packaging has been discarded. We generally do not cover return shipping costs. Returns sent without an RMA number will be returned to you. A representative will provide a Return Authorization (RMA) number for your return.

The RMA number must be clearly visible on the outside of the return package.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping labels and freight charges and can return items through UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Expedited and other shipping fees paid are non-refundable. Please allow 7-10 business days after we receive your return for your refund to be processed.

Custom printed items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Damaged or Activated in Transit

We use ample packing materials to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. However, on rare occasions, accidents or mishandling may occur after the package leaves our warehouse. If you receive items damaged during shipping or if some glow products were activated during transit, please retain all original packaging materials and contact us immediately at support@lighttheworldhub.com or by phone at +1 262 299 5793. If you prefer to exchange an item, inform Customer Service when requesting the RMA number and follow the same steps as the return process. Inside the package, note that you would like an exchange. Once the returned product is inspected, the replacement will be shipped at the customer's expense, usually within 5-10 business days.

For Shortages & Lost or Damaged Packages: Please contact Customer Service at +1 262 299 5793 within 5-7 business days of your package being delayed or for any missing items, so the necessary actions can be taken.
